Hebrews 6: 1 already leaving the rudiments of the doctrine of Christ, therefore, going forward to perfection; not spoiling again the foundation of repentance from dead, faith in God works, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will do, if God indeed permits. 4 For it is impossible that which once were illuminated and liked the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and also liked the good word of God and the powers of the next century, 6 and they relapsed, they are once again renewed for repentance, crucifying again for themselves the son of God and exposing him to written. 7. Because land that drinks rain that often falls on it, and produces useful herb to those for which it is tilled, receives blessing from God; 8 but that produces thorns and Thistles is failing, is next to be cursed, and its end is to be burned. 9 But as for you, beloved, we are persuaded better things, and which belong to the Salvation, although we speak so. 10.
Because God is not unjust to forget your work and labour of love that you have shown toward his name, having served the Saints and serving them yet. 11 But we want each of you to show the same request until the end, for full certainty of hope, 12 in order that not yourselves sloths but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. 13 Because when God made promise to Abraham, and can not swear another wholesale, he swore by himself, 14 saying: of true I will bless with abundance and you multiply greatly. 15 And having waited patiently, he reached the promise. 16. Because men indeed swear by one greater than themselves, and for them the end of all controversy is the oath for confirmation.
